We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2018, at the age of 76, Sidney Pennington (Union Grove, Wisconsin), born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Kate Ross Pennington and Lewis James Pennington; and his siblings, Alice, Bernice, Eleanor, Theresa, Carl, Joseph, Lawrence, Louis James Jr and Rufus.
He is survived by: his spouse Marina Louise; his sisters, Lois Haliburton and Thelma Whittington; his daughters, Cassandra, Chinue, Jamila and Asha; his grandchildren, Damion, Gillan, Shavonte Baccus, Jacquelyn and Jackson Williams; and his great grandchildren, Damion Jr., Kannon, Kyle and Khloe Baccus.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to National Association for Black Veterans would be appreciated by the family.
