He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted and Gladys. He is survived by: his wife Dianne J. Bianchi; his siblings-in-law, Dennis and Barbara Bianchi of Santa Fe; his nieces, Carmen Stubbs of Manhattan Beach and Nicolette Bianchi (David Gubernatis) of Santa Fe; and his cousins, Shirley Mickelson of Madison and Janet White of Madison. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
