He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bertelsen and Cornelia Bertelsen; his children, Ray William, Patricia Ann Bertelsen and Sandra Jean Hale; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Johnson (Bob), Lorraine Brooks (Sydney), Ray Venne (Janys), Rita Ewert (Jim), Beverly Bertelsen and Kathy Bertelsen.
He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, Mark Bertelsen (Gene Ann) of Utah, Donna Bertelsen of Utah, Amy Klein (Edward) and Eric Bertelsen (Jennifer) of Racine; his grandchildren, Sean Bertelsen (Sharon) of Utah, Scott Bertelsen of Utah, Brian Knevitt of Utah, Michelle Hutchinson (Jason) of Colorado, Kyle and Mara Bertelsen of Racine; his great grandchildren, Bridget, Lily and Jayden Bertelsen of Utah; his siblings, Joan Guentner, Harold Bertelsen of Janesville, Jeanette Urick (Glen), Virginia Orlowski, Richard Bertelsen, Elaine Fogarty (Patrick) and Diane Walker (Dennis); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Escarcega of Washington and Carol Herrenbruck (Paul) of Mukwonago.
