She is survived by: her daughters, Melissa DeGroot (Michael) and Natalie Ludwin; her grandchildren, Mason, Parker and Sophie DeGroot; her sisters, Judy Palmer and Terri Nelson (Duane); her nieces and nephews, Gary Nelson (Jenni) and Angel Messina (Maryann); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lauren, Avery and Ty Nelson; her nieces and nephews, Morgan and Brenna Lekschas; and her caregiver Gretchen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ronald McDonald House.
