It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Monserate Ortiz (Union Grove, Wisconsin), who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Emiliano Ortiz and Isabel Crespo; and his siblings, David Ortiz and Betty Starke. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela (Principe); his brother Fred; and his children, Kelly Moten, Kevin Ortiz, Emil Ortiz (Anessa), Nicholas Ortiz (Andrea) and Ammie Roberson (Keoni). He is also survived by his 22 grandchildren.
