He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Jaszkowski and Donna Jaszkowski; his stepmother Sandy; and also Jeni. He is survived by: his brothers, Steven Jaszkowski, Jeffrey Jaszkowski (Heather), Roger Jaszkowski (late Kimberly) and Scott Jaszkowski (Nawinta); his nieces and nephews, Adam, Sarah, Katelyn, Donald, Christina, Andrew, Alicia, Brandon, Matthew and Justin; his cousins, Pamela Lemke, Amber, Liz and Casey; and his friends, Angel and Jodi Negron. He is also survived by other family members, friends and Abbey the dog.

For several years Keith grew out then donated his hair to Locks of Love, a charity dear to his heart.
