He is survived by: his parents, Larry LaForge (Marsha) and Deanna LaForge; his family, Eva, Chodney and Weimaraners; his wife Nikki; his children, Conrad, Mitchell and Adelaide; his siblings, Sharrece Meyer (William), Aaron LaForge (Elizabeth) and Michelle LaForge; his sister-in-law Amanda Fox (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Alexis Hope (Matthew), Sabrina, Seth Meyer, Genevieve, Phoebe LaForge, Carson and Lucas Fox; and also, Rose and Al Coulthart. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and extremely close friends.
