He is survived by: his wife Joyce Middlecamp; his children, Ann Bruno (Bill), Maggie Franklin (Byron), Katie Keen (Don Tyler), Heidi Keen, Molle Keen and Sadie Marker (Erik); and his brother Peter Keen. He is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
