It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey Achterhof of Union Grove, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burton Achterhof and Mitsy Achterhof (Niessink). He is survived by: his wife Twila Van Der Meide; his sons, Drew (Colleen), Blake (Valerie) and Kyle; his grandchildren, Riley, Dylan, Lennon and Graysen; his brothers, Doug (Gail) and Russ; and his brother-in-law Ron Van Der Meide. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 4PM to 6PM followed by a Memorial Tribute.
