She is survived by: her children, Elaine Blank, Barbara Poulos (Phil) and Tom Puchalski (Elaine Wendt); her grandchildren, Russell Kummer, Jacob Kummer (Jennafer), Tracy Zenobia (Anthony), Kyle Puchalski and Lindsay Puchalski; and her great grandchildren, Anthony Zenobia Jr., Avonlea Zenobia, Benjamin Zenobia, Ava Blank, Frederick Kummer and Kathleen Lopze Further. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
