He was predeceased by: his brother Greg; and his close friend Ed "Bo" Bulkowski. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, James Jr. (Patty) and Shannon Borgwardt; his grandchildren, Michael, Allison, Breanna, Logan and Andrea; his great grandchild Cory; his brother Larry Urban; and his close friends, Rich Hawkins and Larry Steffens. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
