He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Chapman; his stepchildren, Debbie Hernandez (Rey), Chuck Chapman and Cindy Arnot; his grandchildren, Lisa Dominguez (Alex), Nick Hernandez and Zach Arnot; and his great grandchild Gabriel Dominguez. He is also survived by two sisters, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
