Jacquelyn L. Zachar Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn L. Zachar of Union Grove, Wisconsin, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 5, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Olson and Miriam Olson; her brother Donald Jerome "DJ" Olson; and her stepdaughter Ann Zachar. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Nicole Teloh and Daniel McCaske; her grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor Ann, Zachariah, Aaron, Aidan, Liam and Emma; her siblings, Sherry Watson and John Zachar (Peggy); her niece Kari; her cousins, Jo Ellen and Kie Ellen; and also Jason Zachar. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
