He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mueller and Colleen Mueller. He is survived by: his sister Colleen Krueger (Eric); his nephew Seth Krueger; and his close friends, Julia, Roger and Erin. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight of Wisconsin organization, as Jack loved his fellow Veterans.
