He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Spencer and Mittie Spencer (Pucket). He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Burns; and his children, Douglas Spencer (Judy), Michael Spencer (Mary), Gene Allan Spencer (Kathleen) and Rebecca Sweeney (Dennis). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 16 greatgrandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.
