He was predeceased by: his wife Grace "Gracie"; his daughter Constance Wendt (Matthew); and his sister Vivian Koepsel. He is survived by: his children, Catherine Kowalski, Kevin Koepsel (Jill), Christine Rawson (Andrew) and Candice Oliphant (Justin); his grandchildren, Jason, Nicole, Megan, Ericka, Mark, Ethan, Geneva, Lena, Claire, Edwin, Hudson and Delphine; his great grandchildren, Emily, Jesse and Maximus; his brother Ned Koepsel (Sue); and his brother-in-law David Ulma (Judy). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (S89 W22650 Milwaukee Ave, Big Bend, WI 53103). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery (21731 Spring St, Union Grove, WI 53182).
