He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Margaret; his uncle Erv; his aunt Norma; and his sister Catherine.
He is survived by: his wife Therese West; his sons, Jeffry M. Hoffman (Karen) and James A. Hoffman; his grandchildren, Joshua Hoffman, Justin Hoffman, Jennifer Asmann, Autumn Hoffman, Brian Hoffman and Katie Hoffman; and his siblings, John, Tony, Mary and Carol. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Due to the COVID Pandemic, the family will hold a private family service, at a later date.
