He is survived by: his wife Donna Ball; his daughters, April Fuhrman and Melody Kowalczyk; his grandsons, Tyler, Clay and Luke; his brother Lee Fuhrman (Pat); and his sister-in-law Darlene Fuhrman. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews.
