She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Michels and Catherine Michels; her husband John F. Culshaw; and her siblings, Clarence, Charles and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, John Culshaw (Michael Marcus) of Iowa City, Jean Keeku (Michael) of Union Grove and Karen Artemis of Empire, Colorado; her grandchildren, Catherine Mutter (Cory), Stephanie Twardokus (Bryan), Rebecca Keeku (Taylor Meinholz), Elias Vasquez, Thomas Vasquez and Gabriella Vasquez; her great grandchildren, Raelyn Keyes, Oliver Keyes, Benett Mutter, Eliott Mutter, Baya Twardokus, Barron Twardokus and Burke Twardokus; and her sister Louise Kerkman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary Catholic Church in Dover or Hannelore B. Rader Library Scholarship Fund at UW Parkside.
