She is survived by: her husband Wayne Chapman; her children, Bruce (Dawn Baumeister), Jon (Stephanie Chapman), Anna (Steve McGinty), Brenda (Nathan Reich), Jim (Katie Chapman), Bart (Angi Baumeister) and Theresa (Tony Barrett); and her siblings, Dennis, Joan Humphrey, Karen and Mike Vyvyan.
