He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Antoniette "Toni" Slack (Perry) of Winters, WI and Kimberly Labicki (Anthony); his grandchildren, Candice Kellum (Kriston), Lynda E. Slack, Benjamin R. Labicki, Michael D. Labicki and Natalie G. Labicki; and his sister Arlene Foss of Kingsland, GA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
