He is survived by: his mother Betty; his wife Debra; his stepchildren, Adam (Janet) and Rebecca (Luke); his grandchildren, Emma, Jacob and Lilly; and his siblings, Libby (Jim), Marti (Mike) and Bruce (Amy). He is also survived by many other relatives, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Veterans Housing and Recovery Program - Cottage 16 at the Southern Wisconsin Center, are appreciated.
