He is survived by: his children, Charlene Hemingway of Memphis, TN, Patrick Berthold of Largo, FL, Tammy Murphy (Jeff) of Freedom, WI and Michael Berthold (Marcie) of Clearwater, FL; his grandchildren, Amber Hernandes (Osman), Ryan Murphy (Courtney), Scott Murphy (Rachel), Sean Murphy, Brody Berthold and Brynlee Berthold; his great grandchildren, Connor Murphy, Quinn Murphy, Doni Delgado, Lucas Delgado and Esthela Hernandes; and his sister-in-law Doris Berthold of Little Chute. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
