He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schwake and Elaine Schwake (Kotarek); his father-in-law Don Meineke; and his sister-in-law Linda Meineke. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Schwake; his children, Brandon Schwake of Two Rivers and Kristin Schwake (Sam Keys) of New Franken; his siblings, Jerry Schwake (Linda), Kay Hicks (Mike) and Sue Rozmarynoski (Chuck); his uncle Walter "Sonny"; his aunt Shirley Kotarek; his mother-in-law Joann Meineke; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Meineke (Debbie) and Lori Burmeister (Joel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Tom's name may be directed to St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church or Manitowoc Lutheran High School.
