He is survived by: his wife Bertha DeHart; his children, Pam Smith, Sturgeon Bay, Gayla Anderson (Jesse), Charlotte Luebke, Kevin Smith of Sturgeon Bay, Vernon Smith of Sturgeon Bay and John Smith (Jessica) of Sturgeon Bay; and his siblings, Kay Peterson, Judy Schmutzer (Terry) and Larry Smith (Sue). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
