He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Christine Smith (Drew) of Rochester, MN, Steve Koch (Lisa) of Two Rivers and Jessica Werner (Brian) of Menomonee Falls; his grandchildren, Gavin, Carson Koch and Mox Werner; and his siblings, Earl Koch (Diane) of Madison, Ann Dauer of Tucson, AZ and Enid Hochman (Steven) of Ridgewood, N. J.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
