It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Kappelman of Two Rivers, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. In 2012, Paul was inducted into Lakeshore All Sports Hall of Fame for his contributions to the game of tennis in Manitowoc County.
