She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobart Starkey and Nina Starkey (Baker). She is survived by: her father-in-law Doug Long; her son Jeff (Tania); her granddaughter Tifani (Nic); and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Madalynn and Tinsley Roye. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Nina's name to the Manitowoc Humane Society.
