He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Horner and Grace Horner (Hafeman). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Horner; his children, Shawn and Haeli Scola; his grandchildren, Jesse and Peyton; his children, Allison Horner and Michelle Horner; his siblings, Gail Austin, Lee Horner, Zita Given (Rob), Jill Koslowski (Dan) and Tina Rindt (Randy); his parents-in-law, Robert and Ann Grimm; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Glish (Eric), Mike Grimm and Mary Derrig (Jeff). He is also survived by nieces nephews, other relatives and friends.
