She was predeceased by: her parents, George Schmidt and Martha Schmidt; her husband Alvin R. "Andy" Anderson; her brother-in-law Janice Kalista (James); her niece Louise Kalista; and her cousin Bernice Krueger.

She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Greg Anderson (Debi) of Manitowoc; her nephews, Cindy Kalista Smith, Lori, Chase and Shane; and also, Penny Wagner (Paul) and Daniel Kalista. She is also survived by many other special friends and relatives.

Memorial donations can be made to the Lakeshore Humane Society.
