She was predeceased by: her parent Norbert Hoffman; and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Hoffman (Beverly), Hilary Vanderbloemen (Peg), Ruth Vanderbloemen and Eldred Vanderbloemen.
She is survived by: her parent Frances Hoffman (Rammer); her spouse Gervase G. Vanderbloemen; her children-in-law, Lee Vanderbloemen (Sandra), Diane Tadych (Michael), Lynn Naidl (Glenn), Kay Larscheid (Curt), Shawano Surfus, Jill Surfus (Jon) and Pleasant Prairie; her grandchildren, Bradley Tadych (Lisa), Rebecca Tadych (Aaron), Brenda Staab (Rick), Jeffrey Diedrich, Kelly Fanslau (Blake) and Jessica Schultz (Josh); her sisters-in-law, Norbert Hoffman (Beth) and Mary Mae Vanderbloemen; and also, Alan Vanderbloemen, Manitowoc Vanderbloemen, Neal Vanderbloemen, Green Bay and Marcel Hoffman. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; six step-great-grandchildren; two brothers.
