She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Stechmesser; her parents, Edwin Pfefferkorn and Lucinda Pfefferkorn; her father-in-law Charles; her son-in-law Gary Sauer; her brother Earl Pfefferkorn (Bette); and her siblings-in-law, Roger Bruhn and Evelyn Pfefferkorn.
She is survived by: her son Donald; her daughter-in-law Judy Stechmesser of Two Rivers; her daughter Jean Sauer of Kellnersville; her grandchildren, Scott Stechmesser (Lisa) and Vicki Denis (Art); her great grandchildren, Griffin, Karly Stechmesser and Dakota Denis; her siblings, Orrin "Bud" Pfefferkorn of Illinois and Pearl Bruhn of Manitowoc; and her brother-in-law Earl Stechmesser of Kiel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
