He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Swade; his children, Dean Swade of Two Rivers and Dawn; his son-in-law Kevin Kaster of Greenleaf; his grandchildren, Alison Hills (Matt), Amanda Swade, Alan Swade (Jill), Austin Swade (Samantha), Dena Wittenberg (Adam) and Dale Dvorachek (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Rosalyn, Mathias, Kayliegh Hills, Aubree, Abby, Alanna Swade, Yelianna, Liam, Rowan Swade, Wyatt, Micah Wittenberg, Clint and Cody Dvorachek; his brother Richard Swade; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Belonger, Curtis, Marie Peters, Susan Lemke, Rachel, Rodney Strzyzewski, Walter, Mary Peters, Tom and Jean Peters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
