She is survived by: her husband Steve Slaby; her children, Karissa Slaby of Green Bay and Brett; her daughter-in-law Tristan Slaby of Neenah; her grandson Brecken Slaby; her sisters, Joy (Phil Dassey), Sherrie (Wayne Schultz) and Marla Zeman; her nieces and nephews, Christine (Jared), David, Sara (Christian), Michael (Kathy), Staci (Adam), Mandy (Brian) and Katie (Tim); her mother-in-law Nancy Slaby; her brothers-in-law, Dan and Jean Slaby; her nieces and nephews, Amber (Peter), Jennifer, Chris and Michelle Slaby; her great-niece Emma (Riley); and her great-nephew Drew. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
