He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cisler and Helen Cisler (Zeman); his siblings, Ed Jr., Charlie and Joann; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Phillips and Robert Madsen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sandy, Don and Margie; his nieces, Cindi McGlin (Shawn) of Ankeny, IA, Debbie Cisler, Laura Novak (Jeff), Christina Kulpa (Jeremy), Alina Brett (John) of McKinney, TX and Mallory Bowen (Cory) of Caddo Mills, TX; his close friends, Mandy and Jason; and also, LeRoy Cisler, Sandy Madsen, Don Cisler (Kris), Margie Stewart (Ken) of Caddo Mills, TX, Breanne, Jestina and JJ. He is also survived by many co-workers who became life-long friends, along with other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials in Joe's name which will be used for a charity in his honor.
