He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Phillips and Mildred Phillips (Joy); and his siblings, Donna Backler, Bernard Phillips Jr. and Charles Phillips.
He is survived by: his significant other Barb Pietroske; his sister Mardell Emslie (Kim) of Helenville, WI; his stepdaughters, Lori Gilbert (Ryan) of Manitowoc, WI and Vicki (Andrew Stefanek) of Hobart, WI; and his nieces and nephews, Joy, Brian, Jenny, Tracy, Kevin, Heather, Angela and Holly. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law and many great nieces and nephews.
