He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Mary Witting Sr. (Klarich); his siblings, Carol Coppo (Paul), John Witting and Albert Witting; his nephew Chad Witting; and his sister-in-law Patricia Marr (Matson).
He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Brett Witting (Melinda) of Two Rivers, Cory Witting of Two Rivers, Raelynn Witting of Clermont, FL and Cara Rohrer (Adam) of Shoto; his grandchildren, Haiden Theiss of Clermont, FL, Tess Galbraith Witting, Sawyer and Liam Rohrer of Shoto; his siblings, James Witting (Sandra) of Chassell, MI, Margaret Ylitalo (John) of Hancock, MI and Bruce Witting of Toivola, MI; his sister-in-law Gertrude Witting of Chassell, MI; his mother-in-law Dorothy Kalliainen (Matson) of Gwinn, MI.; and his friend Steve Rezachek. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Sharon Richardson Community Hospice in George's name.
