He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles Quistorf, Beverly and Merlin Werner; his uncle Terry Werner; his close friend Allie Posen; and his little buddy Gilbert.
He is survived by: his parents, Tina M. Werner and Patrick D. Quistorf; his sisters, Caitlyn Keune and Emma Rosinsky; his half-sister Heather; and his grandmother Charlotte Quistorf. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the Lighthouse Recovery Community Center of Manitowoc.
