Connie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bryne and Lavina Bryne (Nitzschke); her brother Jack; her nephews, Jack and Michael; her in-laws, Richard and Dorothy Perry; and her sisters-in-law, Jill Jacquart and Peggy Perry.
She is survived by: her husband Tim Jacquart; and her children, Michelle Althen (Ken), Aleah Jacquart, Roxanne Jacquart (Chris Yauch) and Richard Jacquart. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
