She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zais and Norma Kappus (Oemig); her son Brian Zais; her siblings, Wayne Zais, LeeRoy Zais, Theresa Pribek and Janice McCurdy; and her sister-in-law Donna Zais.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Fritsch (Mark Schad, Christopher), Paul Fencl, Jr. (Krissy) and Patricia Fencl; and her siblings, John "Jack" Zais (Connie), Marilyn Spaeth (Larry), Martin Zais, Caroline Koehler (Randy), Bonita Zais and Michael Zais (Jackie). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and a granddaughter.
