It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlotte Polifka (Two Rivers, Wisconsin), born in Freeport, Illinois, who passed away on May 4, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Olthoff and Margie Olthoff (Kaufman); her children, Mike, Mark Dyson and Vickie Dyson; her brother-in-law Claude Jacquette; and her nephew Mike Jacquette.
She is survived by: her husband Donnie Polifka; her children, John Dyson (Wanda) of Alabama and Kris Cook (Walter) of Stockton, Ill.; her sisters, Connie Larson (Curt) of Illinois and Jean Katzenberger (Jack) of Illinois; and her parents-in-law, Chris Jacquette, Zinnie McVey (Gary), David Polifka, Raymond Polifka, Randy Polifka, Scott Polifka (Debbie), Bonnie Reindl (Robby), Vickie Benzshawel (Tom) and Todd Polifka (Kim). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren.
Due to the current pandemic, private family services will be held on Friday, May 8, 2020, at Deja & Martin Funeral Chapels, 1506 18th St., Two Rivers.
