He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bernard Phillips, Jr. and Donna Backler. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Heather Feest (Cory) of Two Rivers, Angela Phillips of Manitowoc, Kevin Phillips of Sheboygan Falls and Mathew Winnekens of Two Rivers; his grandchildren, Carly and Kaitlyn Feest; his siblings, Mardell Emslie (Kim) of Helenville, WI and John Phillips (Barb) of Two Rivers; and his pet Pluto. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews.
