He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence L. Blashka and Lucille Blashka (DeBauch); his wife Diane Brouchoud; his father-in-law Lloyd Brouchoud; and his brother-in-law Bob Brouchoud.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Kocourek (Charles) and Terry Blashka (Margaret); his nieces and nephews, Trisha Weyenberg (Scott), Travis Kocourek (Maria), Samantha Blashka (Al Busse) and Eric Blashka; his mother-in-law Joan Brouchoud; his siblings-in-law, Patrick Brouchoud (Terri Lou), Terri Ann Brouchoud, Lori Jansky (Terry "TJ") and Kim Funk (Todd); his niece Kristin Biely (John); his nephews, Brady and Brogan Brouchoud; his aunts, Carolina and Karen Blashka; and his uncle Norbert Gallenberger. He is also survived by Several great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
