He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert J. Stedl and Celestine "Sally" Stedl (Mrotek); his parents-in-law, John and Dorothy Cigler, Sr.; and his brother-in-law John Cigler, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Cigler of John's Lutheran Church; his daughters, Sarah Lueck (Keith), Jennifer Smith (Chad) of Indiana and Rachael Hasenstein (Jason); his grandchildren, Elliott, Ivy Lueck, Vanessa, Lauryn, Chad Jr. Smith, Hailey, Harper, Hannah and Harlow Hasenstein; and his brothers-in-law, David Cigler (Linda) of Green Bay, Daniel Cigler (Jill) of Manitowoc and Mark Cigler of Manitowoc. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Memorials would be appreciated to St. John's Lutheran Church.
