She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice G. Brown and Violet Gay Brown (Altum); and her son William C. Powell. She is survived by: her daughters, Maurica Legg of Stony Stratford, England and Lucinda Rapata (Mark) of Walworth, WI.; and her granddaughters, Nikole Morton (Chris) and Zoe Awoderu (Dele). She is also survived by 5 Great Grandchildren.
