It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Karpa (Twin Lakes, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 7, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kosmyna and Mary Kosmyna (Marka); her husband Walter Karpa; her children, Christine Karpa and Walter Karpa; and her siblings, Mike, Peter Kosmyna, Mary Dylapovich, Heima Kosmyna, Nadia Kosmyna and Mary Kushnia.
She is survived by: her sibling Lakes; and her children, Mary Via (Donald) and Mike Karpa.
