She is survived by: her husband Kenneth N. Samuel; her daughter Dawn Eppers (Tom); her daughter-in-law Lynn Samuel; her grandchildren, Tommy, Ashley, Amanda, Abigail, Alyssa, Tia, Gianna, Alex and Megan; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Elliotte, Raylan, Austin, Aubrey, Parker, Chet and Scout; and her sibling Lakes Police Dept. She is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
