She was predeceased by: her father-in-law Thomas Domek. She is survived by: her father Jim Utinans of Antioch, IL; her husband Thomas "Tad" Domek; her children, Tyler Domek (Kathy) and Sierra Domek; her mother Irene Utinans (Pietrzak); her brothers, James Utinans (Jenny) of Antioch, IL and Jon Utinans of Antioch, IL; her mother-in-law Pamela Domek of Trevor, WI; and her brother-in-law Ted Domek (Kim) of Collierville, TN. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
