He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Grady and Dorothy Grady (Sowa); his siblings-in-law, Bob Wagner and Julie Butler; and his niece Katie Butler.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Butler; his sister Kathy Radzik (Ronald); his nieces, Kelly Elliott (John), Kari Radzik and Kristine Radzik (Ray Ewert); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kamryn, Leland, Jaden, Jordan and Myah; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Wagner, Jan Elfering (Dennis) and Jill Dunklau (Michael). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
