He is survived by: his daughter Christen Campbell Broadway (Rick); his girlfriend Barbara Phillips; his grandchildren, Wendy Moore (Rick) and Wayne Brennan (Dora); and his children, Brittany, Brandy, Naille and Campbell Clan. He is also survived by numerous siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
